On the evening of April 9, 2025, we hosted a special Passport Information Night – Adult Service Coordination Social Group! This special evening was made possible thanks to a grant generously provided to us by the Dufferin Child and Family Foundation.

Attendees dove deep into the ins and outs of the 2025/2026 Ontario Passport Program. The Ontario Passport Program, funded by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS), empowers adults with developmental disabilities to thrive and embrace independence in their communities.

We were absolutely delighted to have Ashlyn Northfield, our Wellington Dufferin Passport Community Developer, as our special guest! She shared invaluable insights that illuminated the incredible potential of the Ontario Passport Program. This program is not just about funding; its about opening doors to community participation services and supports that enrich lives. Passport offers essential resources for daily living activities and person-directed planning, ensuring that adults with developmental disabilities can navigate their journeys with confidence.

Our information evening was a great success, and if you missed it, and need to learn more about the Ontario Passport Program, please visit Passport Funding Program.
