Passport Information Night – DCAFS Adult Service Coordination Social Group

April 9 @ 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Free

Get ready for a fantastic evening of information and connection at the DCAFS Adult Service Coordination Social Group’s Passport Information Night!

We’re diving into the ins and outs of the Ontario Passport Program and unveiling the latest guidelines for 2025/2026. This is your golden opportunity to learn how this incredible program, funded by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services MCCSS, can empower adults with developmental disabilities to thrive in their communities and lead independent lives.

Were thrilled to welcome our special guest, Ashlyn Northfield, our Wellington Dufferin Passport Community Developer, who will share her expertise and insights to best help you navigate the Ontario Passport Program. Light snacks and drinks will also be available.

The Ontario Passport Program not only provides funding for community participation services and supports but also offers vital resources for daily living activities and person-directed planning. Included also in Passport are the essential caregiver respite services for those supporting adults with developmental disabilities.

So, mark your calendars, bring your questions, and come ready to engage, learn, and connect with everything Ontario Passport Program relevant! We cant wait to see you there!
