We’re excited to introduce our Respite and Rhythm Dance Program, a fun, inclusive dance program designed especially for children and youth !

Our dance program is thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant. Through music and movement, we focus on creative expression, relationship and confidence building in a supportive and engaging environment. Lessons are adapted to ensure every child and youth can participate fully and comfortably.

With a 2:1 child/youth-to-staff ratio, participants receive personalized support and encouragement while enjoying the joy of dance, social connection, and play.
