Passport Funding Information Events

The Passport Funding Information Events are to provide information to people, families and caregivers regarding the following topics –

  • Passport funding overview (what is PassportONE?)
  • Passport funding agreement (what to do with an approval package)
  • Eligible and Ineligible expenses (what can and cannot funds be spent on)
  • Self-administering funds, or utilizing a Transfer Payment Agency (setting up banking information, or TPA forms)
  • Claim form assistance (how invoicing works)
  • Developmental and Community Resources (ideas of where to utilize funds)
  • General Passport Funding Questions

Events will be held in the following locations, at the following dates and times (also see flyer attached) –

  • Guelph (8 Royal Rd – Admin building upstairs) July 4th 2018 from 1-3 pm and 5-7 pm
  • Fergus (280 St Patrick St) July 6th from 1-3 pm
  • Mount Forest (135 Fergus St) July 12th from 1-3 pm
  • Orangeville (065371 County Rd 3 East Garafraxa/Orangeville) July 18th 2018 from 1-3 pm and 4-6 pm
  • Shelburne (201 Owen Sound St – Shelburne Public Library) July 25th from 2-3 pm and 5-6 pm
