How to Become a Volunteer
All volunteers complete an application and personal information form. We also require a criminal reference check, a child protection record check and two to three references. For volunteer driving, we require a recent driver’s abstract, a copy of insurance ensuring $1,000,000 coverage, a medical, valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle. The application process includes a personal interview with the Coordinator Volunteers and Community Awareness.
